Our IVR, Interactive Voice Response, provides participants the option to use our toll-free number that enables them to be kept up-to-date on their point balance and order merchandise awards 20 hours a day / 7 days a week from a touch tone telephone key pad.
Administration of this program can be as easy as you would like.
